On the afternoon of 27 October 2023, the Women's and Men's Finals of Goalball were held at China Goalball Training Base in Linping District of Hangzhou, east China's Zhejiang Province. China and Japan bagged two golds and two silvers respectively.

In the Women's Final between China and Japan, there was a 0-0 draw in the first half, but China defeated Japan 5-0 in the second half. The Republic of Korea took the bronze in the match earlier in the morning.

In the Men's Final, China took the gold by 5-0 in the first half and 4-3 in the second half, beating Japan. The Islamic of Iran secured the bronze.
