On 27 October 2023, China clinched the gold medal in the Mixed 4x100m Freestyle Relay 34 Pts in 4:12:71, breaking the Asian Para Games record.

The venue was full of cheers and encouraging words through the whole competition owing to athletes' amazing performance and the surprising result. 

In China's team, Jiang Yuyan, Tokyo Para Games champion, took the lead. She impressed many audiences while keeping close to other swimmers even though she only has one arm and one leg. 

Her teammates are chasing their strong competitors afterwards. Finally, they sparked an amazing comeback win over Japan, adding another gold medal to China.

Japan won the silver and Thailand got the bronze.

It is the last swimming event of the 4th Asian Para Games. China leads the medal standings with a total of 56 golds, followed by Japan with 19 golds and Uzbekistan, 4 golds.
